Responsibilities Lead & Knowledge Transition of SAP FICO for large SAP system from existing vendor. Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams. Lead/Build & Mentor an offshore delivery team compromising of varied level of skills & experience as needed. Contribution in SAP FICO area to solving tickets against SLA. Run production issue calls & get to a resolution including but not limited to Trouble shooting complex production issues. Proactively find & implement improvement opportunities - improvements implemented this shall be a KPI.

Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.

Follow AMS/AVM processes & ensure the entire team adheres to it. Adhere to SLAs &ensure the team adheres to the SLAs. Prepare/Present status reports as needed. Participate and drive Weekly Operational Meetings (WOM) calls with business stakeholders for the respective module Skills Required
SAP FICO consultant with at least 10+ years of experience.

Excellent knowledge in AP/AR /GL / COPA / CCA / PCA / IO Should have worked extensively on Bank Payment Interfaces Knowledge of EDI / IDocs is an added advantage Robust knowledge in Period-End closing activities Knowledge in FSCM Treasury is an added advantage Knowledge in any other SAP functional areas Logistics will be added advantage.

At least 2 years of working experience in onsite-offshore model. Willingness to work in L2, L3 roles. Prior Experience in AMS is desired. Should be good in Business English communication. Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
