Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a Payroll Specialist, within the Italian Personnel Administration unit. The position will report to the Payroll Senior Manager and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.


Job Purpose


Following the head's guidelines, in compliance with the regulations, the contracts in force and within the framework of the personnel policies defined by the Company, ensure the fulfilment of the administrative management processes of employees and assimilated staff.

Responsible for activating and managing the internships' paperwork and for the elaboration of salaries s/he also support the colleagues of Personnel Administrations, including those of the Italian factories.

Together with all the team, act as a centre of expertise for payroll and personnel administration's topics by supporting all the HQ employees and partnering with the HRBP.


Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the proper management of the hiring and termination processes, extensions, contractual changes for all Barilla HQ and Pedrignano employees by making the mandatory communications to the Bodies in line with the current legislation
  • Ensure the proper management of pay changes related to promotions, changes in contractual framework, changes in working time, individual increases, transfer of office, etc.
  • Support the Global Compensation Unit in the fulfilment of the Italian yearly salary plan
  • Ensure the updating of all the system data, guaranteeing the alignment of the internal data base tool (SAP HR IS) and the payroll tool (E-Sipert)
  • Support and advice all employees on issues related to payslip and employment relationship (e.g. permits, illness, resignation, etc.) ensuring through an effective communication process the respect of internal policies

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years experience in HR Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics
  • Fluent English
  • Strong service orientation
  • Proactivity
  • Experience in managing deadlines
  • Ability to go beyond routine, manage change and any contingency
  • Open mindset
