The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the IoT Team at Haier Europe.

What you will do

The aim the activity is to address the evolution of the Smart Business in particular of HVAC (Heat Pump and Air Conditioning) with a consistent
_(in terms of delivery)_ but also disruptive
_(in term of value proposition)_ approach, in order to widen market leadership of Smart Home Solutions.

In accordance with the Strategic guideline of Haier Europe and Haier Smart Home, the Product Manager, will deal with the functional and evolutionary development of smart solutions through the introduction and continuous refinement of innovative and useful features; those, will be linked to digital products whether they are physical and/or virtual.

The business field, with specific competence on the assigned lines, will got a wide perimeter in term of geography
_(Europe),_ Smart-Lines
_(focused on Smart-HVAC-Lines)_ and Brands
_(multiple)._

Leading Haier's IoT strategic goals in Heat Pump and Air Conditioning products and provide customers with onestop Internet solution, hand in hand with firstclass ecological partners, continuous construction an Internet of Things ecosystem such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and customize smart lives for users.
Understand user needs, working with HVAC product planning & development teams, and promote the integration & iteration of various industry network devices to the hOn platform. Break the parallel interaction with the local European team to realize the leading market in network device differentiation.
Connect with Headquarter factory IOT teams (China based) as well as the overseas platforms. Speed up IOT progress, make sure the project launching on time.
Maintain the customer relationships and cooperate with Europe customers and partners by creating, constantly iterating value experience, building ecological brand and finally achieve winwin symbiosis and creative value.
Coordinate to promote production line research and development, connect the hOn with production information and solve related problems
Coordinate the communication between module manufacturers, Europe technical team and R&D Team to solve related problems efficiently.
Design and manage Smart features & solutions _(idea generation and specification)_ as well as, Value Proposition _(key differentiating elements as value for consumers)._
Competitive analysis, as well as, market needs evaluations in the Smart Solutions business field.
Integration of Smart feature into the Multi-BrandSmart Solution _(hOn)_ taking under consideration the global consistency in terms of user experience.
Guidance and support for the creation of multichannel communication material _(internal/external)_: _e.g. presentation, demos, user guides, USPs, value propositions._
Active interaction with App development team _(internal/external)_, as well as with the various interlinked departments of the company _(in particular Technology, R&D Electronic, Brand, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Ecosystem, Sales)._
Critical Analysis and management and of Competition status, Smart Features usage, Consumers behavior with the target to develop useful and disruptive feature aimed to delights our consumers.

What you need to succeed

Engineering and/or Economic background.
Experience in structured environment with the ability to interact in a complex and structured environment.
Experience in a HVAC business field with deep knowledge of Air to Water systems, installations and logic.
Ability to understands the logics of the System the interaction between its components and finally what installers and consumes needs in terms of performances and functionalities, today and tomorrow.
Min 5 years experiences in a similar position (mid seniority)
