The technical, procurement and construction teams work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver high-quality components.
We are looking for you as a

Project Development Controller (M/F/d):
full time - unlimited

Your Tasks:

Objectives

The Project Cost Controller is responsible for managing the cost controlling function for projects under development for the Italian business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will manage the projects' P&L, revenue recognition, the budget and the forecast of the PV Projects

Primary Responsibilities

Cost controlling for PV projects development pipeline in Italy
Supporting project manager(s) on budgeting/forecasting
Support the preparation of project plans and liquidity forecasts
Ensure liquidity plan for PV projects is up to date
Creation of financial models to evaluate new opportunities
Reporting to Management of development pipeline status
Preparation of teasers and presentations when required
Keeping updated the Company system data for PV projects
Other adhoc tasks as required

Your Profile:

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Engineering
13 years' experience in similar positions
Experience in the renewable energy sector or other assimilated sector preferrable
Advanced skills for Excel and MS Office
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team, selforganized and disciplined
High level of professionalism and attention to detail; good project management and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
