Job Description:

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from 27th May 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the General Services team.

Key Accountabilities

Facility Manager support during visits to industrial plants
Backoffice / mailing activities
Drafting and updating As Built of Industrial Plants (dwg format)
Drafting of spending budget

What will you learn with us?

Knowledge of the departments and professional figures involved in facility activities
Learning of the maintenance/general services activities of industrial buildings
Learning of the deadlines in the mandatory maintenance checks
Learning of the economic management of maintenance activities

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Architecture, Engeneering or Surveyor Diploma.
Previous curricular/extracurricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and knowledge in English are required.
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Office (Excel) and Autocad proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in March 202- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)

After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in April 202
The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
