Main Activities:

Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.
Fluency in Italian and English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software. Basic skills in Python are appreciated.
An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques.
A preference for datadriven decision making.
An openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
