  • Description & Requirements

Position Summary-His/her role will be to guide the client in all their communication needs, organizing and harmonizing integrated agency teams so as to get for each project the right competences that will help client achieve their business objectives.

As well as for actively seeking new opportunities to increase the agency scope of work, presenting new tools and agency products.

He / she will manage the contact with Clients and Production partners as well as the Global Co-ordination teams and Media & BTL Agencies.

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and curious people, who are eager to learn and progress, in life as much as in their work career.


Key Responsibilities
- manage the relation with clients; become a key reference for them,
- retain, develop and increase existing client budget, proactivity in seeking new business opportunities,
- creative brief and presentation, campaign production and delivery, by managing the actors involved at any stage, inside and outside the agency,
- manage a team of Account people,
- discuss client brief, elaborate it and transfer it on to Agency team,
- support it with information about market, consumers, competitors,
- supervise and coordinate creative development, including internal reviews and client presentations,
- supervise and coordinate the production process,
- accountability for budget and deadlines.


Desired Skills & Experience
- proven skills in leading complex & glo-cal ATL and integrated campaigns,
- proven experience in managing complex & glo-cal clients and projects,
- proven experience in managing and developing integrated agency teams,
- excellent interpersonal skills; gravitas,
- ability to work in team and lead processes,
- reliability and organizational skills,
- ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities,
- degree or equivalent culture,
- proficient knowledge of English.
