JOB PURPOSE:


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive
    Oracle business strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide
    visionary leadership to the Oracle team and contribute to the company's longterm success.
  • Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor"

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Oracle professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure the
    successful deployment of Oracle solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of
    Oracle projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement scalable and effective Oracle solutions.
  • Ensure that Oracle solutions align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Manage the Oracle business
    budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering projects within financial constraints.
  • Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background

Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.

  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling
  • Strategic planning and business case development
  • Experience of working within a matrix structure
  • Proven ability to selfmanage in an external environment
  • Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
