Il Tirocinante sarà inserito nell'Area dei Canali Distributivi dell'Area Retail di ING Bank Italia:

- Lavorerà all'interno di un Team dedicato allo sviluppo e alla gestione delle Partnership per l'area Retail;

- Sarà coinvolto nel processo di gestione delle attività e parteciperà a tutte le fasi di progettazione e sviluppo;

- Sarà di supporto alla produzione della reportistica dell'area e parteciperà allo sviluppo di nuovi sistemi di monitoraggio delle performance del canale e all'individuazione di nuovi KPI's;

- Supporterà il Team nella gestione delle relazioni con i vari stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea triennale e magistrale in Economia, Finanza o Statistica (conseguita o in corso);

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point e Power BI;

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Italiana e Inglese;

- Ottime capacità analitiche.
