Mission del ruolo:

Being responsible for the full range of activities on a transaction: coorigination, preliminary assessment, structuring activities, business/credit process, due diligence on all legal / technical / market / fiscal / title and other aspects (appointment of consultants, review of their reports), sitevisits, negotiation of contractual documentation, closing activities;
Ensuring that deals executions and legal and financial documentations are consistent with credit committee decisions;
Managing the portfolio (including by ensuring reviews, waivers and amendments, as applicable, are properly dealt with) and identifying key risks and material changes in the credit quality of transactions and credit counterparts;
Being responsible for implementing the RE and Hotel Finance strategy locally in conjunction with the local Head of RE and Hotel Finance;
Contributing in maintaining and developing profitable and sustainable relationships with the sector clients (companies, investors, equity funds,) and business partners (lawyers, advisors, experts, competitors,) at the appropriate level;
Contributing to securing mandates for the métier and achieving budgeted targets;
Pursuing and developing business opportunities with clients and liaising internally with local and HO management and other teams and departments of the bank as appropriate;
Crossselling the products and services of Crédit Agricole CIB and more generally of Crédit Agricole Group;
Ensuring a good knowledge of the RE reference market,
Ensuring adequate training and development of more junior resources;
Ensuring adequate communication within the team and the bank on business related issues;
