The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is a new interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational and structural biology and neuroscience, as well as data and decisions sciences.

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for an Accounting Officer to work in the Finance Area.

The role, reporting to the Accounting Manager, will support the process of accounting payable and expense notes.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Day by day A/P accounting and monthly, quarterly, annual reconciliation
Ensuring timely and accurate registration and payment of supplier invoices
Analysis and resolution of discrepancies between invoice and order
Day by day travel expenses accounting and monthly reconciliation

Mandatory requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience in mediumlarge companies, characterized by high management and organizational complexity.
Knowledge of accounting processes and principles.
Fluency both in English and Italian
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Preferential requirements:

Previous experience in public/private research institutes;
Knowledge of the main accounting software and ERP SAP;

Organizational and social skills:

Problemsolving orientation;
Analytical skills;
Ability to prioritize and organize;
Proactivity.
