Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Harness Specialist, who will be employed in the Harness development team of the italian site of Italdesign.

He/She will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.


Responsibilities

  • Control/monitoring of timing, costs and quality of work;
  • Management of the own work and collaboration with other internal or external departments;
  • Customer management;
  • Achievement of the project's technical objectives relevant to the perimeter of responsibility;
  • Management of "escalation" activities relating to serious problems with a proposed solution;
  • Promotion of the work of the Organizational Unit within the company and towards the Group Brands.

Requirements:


Key requirements

  • 23 years of experience in the automotive sector;
  • System schematics development experience
  • Wiring harness development and electrical wiring for the entire vehicle
  • Creation and editing of the modularization and control logic
  • Creation and processing of circuit diagrams for the entire vehicle
  • Technical coordination with the customer and internal departments
  • Participation in the design of new process chains in the development of wiring harnesses
  • Preparation of change notifications
  • Knowledge of the points of attention to be monitored;
  • Negotiation skills and ability to motivate a teamwork;

Preferential requirements

  • Ability to disseminate and transfer methodology and knowhow in his/her own project team and to the rest of the department teams.

Other Informations:


Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, equivalent education or good experience in the field


Language skills:
Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated;

Workplace:
Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel;
