KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:


MISSION:


The Key Account Manager will report to the Country Manager of Spain, with a dotted line reporting to the Global Key Account Director.

Stakeholders include the Global Key Account Team, Area Managers, Distributors, Service Team, and Traditional and Fully Automatic machines Business Units.

Main Responsibilities
Lead, Manage, and maintain the Key Account Relationships;
Support Key Accounts in the markets including working with the Area Managers and Distributors when and where necessary;
Scope the environment, hunt for new accounts and segments beyond coffee chains and QSRs, and create opportunities with OCS, hotel groups, corporate caterers, and airport operators;
Ensure Key Account customer expectations are aligned at the HQ level to support Key Account customers' growth;
Prepare and deliver proposals and offers when required;
Maintain detailed records and reports as needed.


Job requirements:

A bachelor's degree, preferably with relevant professional studies;
With a proven track record in a leading company, the F&B equipment industry is preferred;
An understanding of the Key Account complex sales process and Buying Centre concept;
Strong time and self-management and especially to meet deadlines;
High EQ and cross-cultural communication skills;
Leadership skills, open mind, flexibility, and curiosity;
Fluent in English, and Italian as an advantage;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of Excel, word, and other office software operations.


These opportunities come up intending to share with the whole company community the management of four vacancies for the same profile at the locations of some of our subsidiaries: China, Spain, Singapore, and Italy, for the present case, the report is directly to the Group Key Account Manager.


Specifically, for excellent placement and management, for the Spanish and Chinese markets, fluent knowledge of the national language of reference is also required.
