  • The Site Project Manager role will serve as the goto person for the Colleretto Giacosa Site Head and the site itself; managing the daytoday process of fulfilling Quality and Tech Ops commitments and initiatives, crossfunctional coordination and ensuring effective tracking, reporting and control.
  • This is a high visibility and demanding role, bringing with it the opportunity to learn about the company, shape global healthcare trends and have impact at the highest level

Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Right-hand person for the Site Head.
  • Support in defining and planning agendas, delivering content and lead preparation for key site management engagements and governance meetings including, but not limited to, Leadership Team meetings, Business Reviews, Townhalls, Off Sites and other core Strategy team meetings.
  • Support Site Head in driving key activities and initiatives to improve effectiveness and engagement for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive and provide overall management for strategic projects as defined by Site Head in line with site/country strategy, ensuring that all projects are delivered within the agreed timescales.
  • Create a comprehensive program plan; for projects supporting defining scope, schedule, resource planning, costs and communications to relevant teams internally. Identify and mitigate projects risks, including timely escalation to Local and Corporate management.
  • Work in close collaboration with support functions such as Finance, P&O, and IT.
  • Support and inspire change management initiatives and embed collaboration forums across practice and as required with other stakeholders.
  • Support with site readiness for regulatory inspections, Novartis baseline audits /audits and providing handson support at sites in preparing for inspections / audits.
  • Develop and implement strategic internal communications plan to help achieve business strategy through informed, aligned and engaged employees.
  • Prepare Equipment Specifications and System Requirements in project (e.g., User Requirement Specification).
  • Develop Project Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review.
  • Perform Project Risk Assessment.
  • Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality).
  • Prepare Functional Specifications in project.
  • Prepare Project Initiation Documents (Business Requirements (PBR), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Project Scope Statement (PSS).
  • Partner with Procurement to develop Project Sourcing Strategy
  • Partner with Procurement to prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement.
  • Establish Project Change Management & manage changes.
  • Partner with QA to prepare Project Quality Plan.
  • Prepare / complete Project Health & Safety Risk Assessments (Equipment / Process).
  • Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects.
  • Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / IQ / OQ inspections in project.
  • Perform commissioning activities.
  • Perform provisional and final project handover.
  • Coordinate internal resources and management of third parties to safeguard the effective delivery of projects.
  • Actively drive creation of highquality documents and ensure timely submission of decks in alignment with manager's expectations (e.g. SteerCo). Report on project progress to senior management including analysis of projects constraints and financial considerations.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology or another related science; desirable: Ph.
D. in science or related discipline and/or recognized formal project management qualification (PMP/APMP/Prince2/P30 or equivalent) desirable.

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong cGMP and FDA background.
  • Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to problem solve and mediate complex issues.
