In this position, you will be planning, contracting, executing, monitoring, and leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders for all the SSTs and branches belonging to the HUB (Genoa, Naples, Venice, Malta, Bulgaria).


Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will effectively execute procurement and contract management activities, support the business, optimize purchasers' quality/costs ratio, ensure local operations' trade/tax compliance, as well as implement the local alignment with Group standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Local purchasing management (suppliers' assessment, master data, budgeting, contracting, performance, and cost monitoring).
  • RE and site management, exploiting all feasible clusters (facilities maintenance, upgrade & cleaning, utilities).
  • Local transport and logistics.
  • Trade compliance, in coordination with Regional Manager; lead relationships with customs local authorities, ensure operations' compliance with customs procedures/regimes and taxes obligations (eg plastic tax, CONAI, VAT), handle Intrastat requirements.
  • Oversee activities to obtain/maintain permits, licensees, and needed authorizations to run the business.
  • Contract management for all the SSTs and branches, business partnerships, purchasing business, and not business related.
  • Company cars and company benefit handling (eg. laptop, mobile cell., ticket launches).
Your background

  • Solid knowledge and experience in commercial contract matters (legal requirements, drafting, negotiations, execution).
  • Good understanding of financial fundamentals and general accounting standards.
  • Experience in international business and relevant implications, business and administrationwise.
  • Experienced in relationships with suppliers, public authorities, and stakeholders involved in procurementlogistic and trade compliance activities.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of purchasing chain activities, trade compliance regulations, and relevant implications on business (eg Union Custom Code regulatory framework, goods tariffing, origin, trade agreements, etc.).
  • Capability to establish a network, confidence, and attitude in crossfunction team working, solutionfocused approach.
  • Fluent in English.
