Attualmente nella top 10, PLI sta seguendo un programma di crescita aziendale piuttosto aggressivo per solidificare la sua posizione di azienda di lubrificanti leader, all'avanguardia nel settore.

**Posizione**:

- Order-To-Invoice processes, ensuring customers gets what they expect in the right quantity, quality and in time.
- Claiming and queries management, to quickly start investigation on any client dissatisfaction, finding the fastest resolution of the issue with any other impacted function.
- Staying in daily contact with the Sales to manage customers' expectations.
- Teaming up with Operations team to overcome possible failures due to supply constraints, finding possible alternatives to avoid customers interruptions due to our possible difficulties.
- Monitoring and organizing products shipment in collaboration with Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Supporting Finance team with the right information to solve overdue credits.

**Requisiti**:

- Degree in Foreign Languages.
- Good knowledge of English (any other EU language is a plus).
- Good interpersonal skills and propensity for teamwork.
- Good knowledge of IT tools.

- Monthly allowance: 800€ (gross sum).
