Eaton's Mobility Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Financial Analyst who will support consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial result within Mobility Group EMEA Plants in Italy, France and Poland.

Directly reporting to the HQ & Manufacturing Controller, the Manufacturing Financial Analyst will also support month end closure, forecasting and budgeting processes.

What you'll do:

Consolidation of Actual, Rolling Forecast and Profit Plan results
Variance Analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet vs. prior forecast, Profit Plan and prior year
Support the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan process
Responsible to share monthly KPI to Mobility EMEA functional Leaders (Operations, Quality, SCM)
Support CI Cost Out report and ad hoc business cases
Interaction between plants and HQ for ad hoc requests
HQ ledger support for regional allocation process.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
13 years experience in Finance preferred in large multinational manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.

Skills:

Understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations
High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set,
Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed
Process & continuous improvement oriented
