Job description

Manage the overall product development cycle of the collection respecting the scheduling and the season's budget
Determine the target prices of the different product's categories
Manage collection budgets, oversee actual VS planned and adjust any over spending
Carry out production fittings of the collection within the scheduled timeline, industrializing fashion show pieces to derive to target price points as per merchandise plan
Work across internal teams and external vendors/ factories for coordinating the overall development process and negotiation if necessary
Able to manage works with different teams, including Fabrics, PD team and Creative team etc.
Support in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Product Development or related discipline preferred
With 8+ years' relevant experience in related industries
Familiar with matrix international work environment
Possess solid knowledge of product development cycle, calendar timeline, garment construction, technical performance materials and "made IN & OUT"
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Wellorganized, goaloriented and selfmotivated
