Based in our headquarter office in
Carpi (MO) we're looking for a dynamic and energetic person as
Customer Service for Italian Market that support the Team in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.


The
Customer Service position is accountable for the operational management of the Italian customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service, Logistics and Operational activities related to shipping activities towards Italian clients;
  • Implementation of new online shipping procedures to support the request of new customers;
  • Back up administrative support to insert orders and mall's stock into the system;
  • Daily Dealing with our agents, carriers and colleagues;
  • Order placement refill/regular bookings/call off;
  • Assistance to agents for order placement/shipments/any problems may occur;
  • Coordination between the agents and different offices in HQ (IT/Purchases/Logistics);
  • Follow up of the goods' arrivals and assignments;
  • Follow up with the deliveries with Purchasing Dept.;
  • Follow up with the special instructions for each client;
  • Regular samples and photo samples shipment to the agents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS and ATTITUDES

  • English Proficient level + another EU language (French/Spanish/German);
  • Advanced knowledge of IT skills (Microsoft package);
  • Experience SAP;
  • Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and Team work attitude;
  • Eager to learn and being challenged everyday;
  • Has sense of urgency to provide solutions and address issues;
  • Feel comfortable in working in a under pressure environment;
  • Well organized person.
