- Redazione di diversi tipi di contratti anche in inglese, offrendo consulenza strategica e supporto durante le negoziazioni. Contratti principali: logistica, appalti, locazioni commerciali, accordi commerciali, IT, consulenze, ecc.
- Analisi dei contratti di appalto di servizi con attenzione al rischio di responsabilità solidale;
- Gestione dei contenziosi civili e penali, delle dispute con fornitori, clienti e terzi, e delle polizze assicurative;
- Supporto in diritto societario e GDPR;
- Formazione legale e di compliance per i dipendenti;
- Gestione delle attività operative connesse alle mansioni.
- Laurea in discipline giuridiche;
- 1/2 anni di esperienza come legale aziendale;
- Conoscenze approfondite di diritto civile, commerciale e societario;
- Livello avanzato di inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office.
