We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager Premium Fashion in Firenze.

JOBDESCRIPTION:
Motivating and coaching your team with your people management skills to ensure the best customer service;
Analyse the KPI's and report them to your team, take actions to improve the KPI's;
Daily, weekly and monthly briefing and reporting to your manager and team;
Backoffice, general shop accounting
Stock management, loading/unloading goods and handling transfers between other stores.
Guard the store that it's according the visual merchandising brandrules, making sure the store always looks neat and clean
Sharing company values and culture

Profilo

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant experience of minimum 2 years as a supervisor or assistant store manager in fashion retail;
Sales leadership with a strong focus on customer service;
People manager who can motivate his/her team on a daily basis;
Great communicator with clients and colleagues;
Adaptability, can handle fast adaptions according situations;
Positive mindset with a problem solving attitude;
Great organisations skills who know how to prioritise;
Be able to work in a 6-days week with a full time contract of 40 hours;
Fluent in Italian and English is a must.
