YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. Yellowsquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some flavour to our Yellow vibe as a
Customer Service Assistant to manage customer queries, reviews and complaints.

You will also be asked to create, modify, and update reservations, answer reviews and distribute information in between our structures, working always next to a supervisor that will guide you through the different scenarios.

Requirements:

Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
Flexibility: working time and hours;
Excellence in customer service;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian

Stage - Internship - 6 months, Full time 40h, 800 euro
