The Role

'Required activities:

development support on home systems;
support for the preparation and planning of software release activities;
support for the correct management of the various software products related to configuration management services.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
Handson experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

MS Project or other Project Management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels

Skills required for Mainframe Environment Configuration Management Service:
Micro Focus ChangeMan ZMF

IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler

BMC Control-M

Micro Focus Solutions Business Manager

DB/2 knowledge

Knowledge of ITIL processes with particular regard to Change and Release
