Posizione:


We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join the CIB Operations unit, which performs Business & Financial Management functions for the Investment Banking division at Mediobanca.

The CIB Operations unit is a multidimensional, front-office support team, with the mission to facilitate the daily operation of the businesses within Investment Bank, including:

  • Business Management & Strategy: collaborating and supporting senior management to address the pivotal initiatives of the division, developing and driving strategic business plans, and analyzing performance measurements to facilitate key decision-making. The team is responsible for a variety of functions, including CRM management, data integrity, and cost management support. The team also collaborates in ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, and innovating to reduce operational and conduct risk, in close coordination with the relevant Group functions.
  • Business Change: delivering design, process, infrastructure, and organizational change while ensuring alignment with the strategy, target state, and objectives of the CIB division.

Requisiti:


The Analyst will have unparalleled exposure and access to the senior management and strategic initiatives of a leading financial institution.


  • A relentless work ethic and teambased attitude
  • A confident, ambitious outlook and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Strong interest in Finance, Accounting, General Business Management, or Business Law
