Role:
Lead GWS EA LOB within Country Italy to ensure:

  • Enterprise Accounts can operate successfully in Italy, as efficiently as possible
  • Enterprise growth opportunities are maximized
  • EA operations are compliant with statutory and company policies.
Missions - main, transversal, punctual - For each mission, give the tasks to be carried out:

Individual accountabilities:
Operational leadership to ensure account operations in Italy portfolio are compliant with local law and statutory requirements (in conjunction with support functions as required - e.g. QHSE, People, Finance)

Where required, Ops Support Leads to provide existing individual accounts up in order to cover:

  • Local oversight and operational support for local account leads
  • Management of any fractional resource dedicated to an account
  • Local country representation, local point of contact for client escalation, occasional client meetings, dispute resolution
  • Identifying and recommending margin improvement opportunities, including O1 reviews, supply chain opportunities (in conjunction with Sourcing team), projects / extra works etc.
  • Support on Key Personnel matters (recruitment, selection, onboarding etc.) in conjunction with People team
  • Ops leads support on new business opportunities for the Enterprise business including:
  • Input into and sense checking of local operational solutioning and pricing (in conjunction with the local sales team where available)
  • Support with formulating any local / country specific commercial terms (in conjunction with Commercial team
  • Ops leads support on transitions to ensure operations incountry are mobilized effectively for new account (as needed)

Level of experience and skills required

Minimum 10 years experience in leading teams, preferably in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management

Organizational requirements for success:

  • Collaborative relationship between accounts and country to ensure accounts in the portfolio can operate successfully incountry
  • Collaborative relationship with LFM organization to ensure LFM country platform provides necessary services to EA in the portfolio
  • Key member of team of local EA support specialist

For EA units in Split country Italy:

  • Staffing and governance in direct EA account portfolio (including any fractional resource)
  • Local customer relations
  • Relations to LFM organization
  • Statutory & QHSE compliance (partly via LFM country platform)
  • EA Due Diligence and Transitions activities in the portfolio

Vetoes:

  • Local statutory & QHSE requirements
  • Local labour laws

Influences:

  • Gross margin of accounts in the portfolio
  • Pricing and solutioning for work in the portfolio
  • Driving growth on existing accounts in the portfolio
  • Account based resourcing
  • Local commercial arrangements
