Responsibilities:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales objectives.


Client and Business oriented

  • Be the ambassador of the brand;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
  • Build up a loyal Clientele;
  • Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.
Operations

  • Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
  • Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, );
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
  • Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
  • Maintain merchandising standards.

Profile:

Fluent in English and in Italian as well
:


  • Dynamic, proactive and engaging personality;
  • Must be customeroriented;
  • Action and Sales oriented;
  • Excellent customer and service attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • A first sales experience preferably in fashion and luxury contexts;
  • Any other foreign Languages will be considered a plus.

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato


Retribuzione:
€1.800,00 al mese


Esperienza:

  • Retail: 2 anni (Obbligatorio)

Lingua:

  • Inglese e Italiano (Obbligatorio)
