Summary


Job Description:

ROLE & MISSION


The person will report to the Production Line Manager - Industrial and will manage a team of 13-15 production operators that are implementing the lean tools in the production lines.


He/she will:
- coordinate the operators to ensure the respect of the requested production delivery timing
- define, put in place and monitor a technical skills development plan for team members to build a flexible team
- strengthen the link with other departments (product office, pattern making, planning and scheduling, logistics)
- monitor the production flow to analyze potential issues and propose corrective actions
- ensure the respect of pre-defined KPI's
- keep the costs in line with the annual budget
- work on the continuous lean improvement and efficiency
- propose new processes to reduce the non-compliance production.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 7/10 years previous experience in the industry
  • Knowledge of the industrial production processes is a must
  • Fluent English and/or French is a plus
