For an innovative and fast-growing start-up operating in the Healthcare industry, I'm currently looking for a Commercial Director.Responsibilities:
- Transform the product into an effective value proposition that aligns with market needs and generates interest from potential customers
- Identify, acquire, and actively manage leads, building a strong and growing sales pipeline
- Prepare persuasive and customized sales proposals, tailoring them to the specific needs of potential clients
- Conduct negotiations with customers, close contracts, and ensure all sales activities comply with contractual requirements
- Manage the billing process and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and developing strategies to increase performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling products or services, preferably in the Pharma or Healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act autonomously, and achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in both Italian and German
- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand market needs
- Goaloriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to achieve desired outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new contexts and challenges
- Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and industry best practices
