For an innovative and fast-growing start-up operating in the Healthcare industry, I'm currently looking for a Commercial Director.

Responsibilities:

Transform the product into an effective value proposition that aligns with market needs and generates interest from potential customers
Identify, acquire, and actively manage leads, building a strong and growing sales pipeline
Prepare persuasive and customized sales proposals, tailoring them to the specific needs of potential clients
Conduct negotiations with customers, close contracts, and ensure all sales activities comply with contractual requirements
Manage the billing process and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and developing strategies to increase performance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

Proven experience in selling products or services, preferably in the Pharma or Healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, act autonomously, and achieve ambitious goals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in both Italian and German
Strong customer orientation and ability to understand market needs
Goaloriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to achieve desired outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new contexts and challenges
Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and industry best practices
