Position Description:
Looking for a Logistics Management Specialist opportunity at a place you can make a difference every day? Discover this great opportunity as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command at Pabrade, Lithuania.
Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program functions. You will provide a wide range of customer requirements in the Army supply systems and operations.
Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the world's greatest Army.
In this role, you will:
- Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
- Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Provide support to perform Global Logistics and Support Services for the US ARMY Sustainment Command and subordinates in the execution of their mission including support for the LOGCAP IV and LOGCAP V contracts.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- A bachelors degree
- Experience with LOGCAP IV and LOGCAP V Contracts
