HR BUSINESS PARTNER Company The engagement is foreseen within a North European industrial multinational leader in its sector attentive to sustainable operations.


Activities and Responsibility Reporting to HR Market South, the HR Business Partners main mission is to provide local legal HR and transactional services, support people development and drive engagement through internal ;Acting as Business Partner and interface for the relations with Unions, developing a positive relations environment by adherence to corporate guidelines and values, and ensuring compliance with laws and employment practices, initiatives under his responsibility are tipically, but not limited to, the implementation of performance culture through programs and tools, including recruitment process, skills management, reward, mobility program as needed.


Positioning in the organizational structure Although taking care of the employees management is the primary focus area, the HR Partner will be an active support to the entire Italian organization, in partnership with the Strategic Unit Management Team to achieve businesstarget, with a focus on safety as top priority.

Office locations East Milan, with availability to working travels.


Desired Profile Masters Degree in Law, Industrial Psychology or equivalent; Extensive experience (5-7 years) as HR role within industrial environment with direct exposure to Unions, specialized knowledge of labor law, regulations and standards, administrative skills in budgeting, wages and salary administration, people development and evaluation; Capability to handle cross-functional and multi-levels relationships as needed for the role; Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills; Professional competency and personal integrity; Strong building organizational capability and Change Management Fluency in English.
