Within the Global Product Care Department and reporting to the Global Product Care Projects and Business Performance Manager, the Product Care Business Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and analysis of Product Care KPIs, supporting the department developing tools and reports to evaluate the Business Performances at Global and Regional level.


Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Analysis and monitoring of Product Care KPIs through reporting tools (BI)
  • Support in the design and roll out of training of new BI reports to regional Product Care centers
  • Analysis and monitoring of customer satisfaction through dedicated dashboards
  • Support in the development of business cases and workforce analysis to evaluate new business opportunities and economic impact
  • Perform _on demand_ analysis for the departments involved in Product Care activities
  • Analysis and monitoring of quality issue and services provided
  • Analysis and monitoring of services costs and Product Care budget
  • Support the regional business reviews to track and improve KPIs and performances at regional and global level
  • Participate in new department projects

Job requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Economics and Business, Business Administration, Management Engineering or similar
  • Strong analytical profile with problem solving skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Agile experience is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must
