About The Role:

About this opportunity

This is an 18months Early Careers programme (with further working perspective) which will help you to gain knowledge and experience in monitoring data centres fitout and integration management.
You will assist our Project Management team assigned to a hyperscale data centre, acting as the point of contact for client and other stakeholders during the fitout stage.
Start date
January, 2024.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting project team in delivering business objectives
Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.
Assistance in stakeholders compliance management, including telecom installer and general contractor compliance
Assistance in ensuring compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process
Change management process and change justification
Report the progress
Being aware of Integration scopes accordingly in order to aid and not impede the Commissioning process.
Assistance in Client snagging, handover and issue close out processes
Scheduling input and guidance regarding proposed design solutions, change orders, optioneering and scheduling proposals that may affect or improve committed project milestones.
Provide input regarding proposed project phasing changes or delays, which may affect the project committed deliverables and offer potential design solutions/phasing alternatives to mitigate same.
Take part in coordination of development of the security installation, approval of physical security guarding requirements.
Installation quality reviews and coordinate handover.

You will develop knowledge and experience in the following:

Project management methodologies
Procurement coordination
Project scheduling and modelling
Contracts administration (as employer's agent or project manager)
Stakeholders management
Customer relationships management

About You:

Who we're looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

Construction or onsite experience (internship included)
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in Spanish and English

Qualifications

B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or simular
