Responsible of Digital Post Sales Europe.

  • What you will do:
  • As Responsible of Digital Post Sales Europe, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
  • To ensure that clients are satisfied with the Gridspertise digital solutions they have purchased, and to provide ongoing technical support and project management to ensure successful delivery of those products or services.
  • Customer Relationship Management. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services they have purchased. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues they encounter. Organizing regular meetings with the customer to track status of relation, solution use, identify issues and opportunities. Reference person for the customer for escalation of issues and criticalities.
  • Product Development. Collaborating with the product development team to identify areas of improvement for existing products, as well as identifying opportunities for new product development.
  • Project Management. Managing the delivery of projects to clients, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Reporting. Preparing regular reports on customer satisfaction, technical issues, and project status to senior management.
  • Sales Support. Collaborating with the sales team of new sales opportunities to existing customers.
  • Who you are:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Engineering or Information Technology with:
  • 10 years of experience in the role.
  • Knowledge of Application Maintenance Services (AMS).
  • Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations.
  • Knowledge of smart metering solutions.
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts of KPIs and SLAs applied to IT services.
  • Knowledge of IT monitoring solutions.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (standard e/o legacy) used by Smart Metering and Smart Grids systems.
  • Knowledge of Project Management software (ex; MS Project, Primavera, etc).
  • Experience in SaaS and On-Premise solutions.
  • Experience of at least 2 years as a supplier or customer in activities closely related to the definition and / or development of solutions and products at the system level in the context of Smart Meter and Smart Grids.
