Role:

IT PROJECT MANAGER

Mission:

He/She will support the IT CRM Manager in designing and deploying IT solutions at a global level.


Main mission:

to maintain and evolve IT CRM solutions in order to fulfil business requirements and to develop tools in a full client centric perpective.

Main duties and Responsabilities

Contribute to the definition, design and implementation of IT/digital solutions in the Client 360 view area, identifying the best and effective way to balance business and client requirements, technology assets and evolution, users experience needs;
Manage and develop projects related to customers on CRM platforms for campaign and clientelling, digital apps included
Sensitiveness to privacy and security regulations; GDPR, user, profile, role, and identity settings
Coordinate and manage cross team resources (internal and external) in order to guarantee time to market, best use of the budget

Grant the correct and effective business involvement and alignment in all the project phases: from the analysis and design phase to the test, roll-out phase and support.

High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects, in cross departments environment


Key Requirements:

Previous experiences in project management role for at least 3+ years within international environment
Experience in CRM platforms (Digital apps, SAP CDC- C4C-BW/BO, Adobe are preferred)
