    JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • EssilorLuxottica wants to have a new approach in the relationship with their Social Community, more proactive, delivering engagement, service, and education.
  • This new role of Social Concierge will be perfectly aligned with the business and the marketing strategy, becoming a crucial asset in the relationship with the customer.
  • The Social Concierge will be accountable also to provide back to the Business and the Brand the insight from the customers that will rise, helping the stakeholders to take decision based on a new customer centric approach.
  • Due to the high relevancy of the Portuguese market (both Brazil and Portugal), EssilorLuxottica is searching for a native speaker or a proficiency speaker for managing and interacting with the local community.
    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
  • Daily management & engagement of the community and tailored social customer care
  • Active listening of the community
  • Engage proactively the Community to support the Brand and the Business
  • Analyze social data and develop reports to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements

NETWORK OF INTERACTION

  • INTERNAL:

The position will be in the Social Media team, working very close with E-commerce, Customer Care, IP, Merchandising and Media departments.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social landscape (included but not limited to Instagram. Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Knowledge with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools
  • Experience with social media tools and analytics dashboards
  • Ability to work in team
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be reactive and flexible in a fastpaced environment

LANGUAGES

  • Portuguese mother tongue
  • English excellent
  • Second language is a plus (Italian, Spanish, French)
