As a
Global Key Account Manager M/W, you will drive long-term success of the business with the industry leading multi-national customer developing global account strategies to include both current and long-term sales growth plans, profit improvement/maintenance actions, and global pricing initiatives while guiding R&D for advantaged product innovation for our largest global customer.

You will report to the
Global Business Director, Optical Monomers & Coatings.


The Global Key Account director collaborates externally with customers and the downstream value chain and internally with commercial, marketing and technical leaders to set a strategic path forward for their global key account.

Once established, they will have additional operational excellence to drive the strategy execution within a globally matrixed organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for exceeding global sales, profitability targets, and cash conversion with the SCM business' largest global customer
  • Develop, update and maintain a global account strategy aligned with SBU strategy and goals with clear execution metrics.
  • Accelerate account strategy execution by leading multi functional and regional staff including regional account managers, customer service, supply chain, segment managers, and technical.
  • Build extensive relationships with multiple customer stakeholders to gain deep insight into customer need
  • Drive increased share of wallet growth
- improving volume, sales revenue, and profitability. Expand participation beyond historic business.


Qualifications

  • Education
    :Bachelor/ Master degree (Business school or Engineer / Technical School with major in business preferred).
  • Large contract negotiations experience
    :7+ years in B2B (Business to Business) Account Management (preferred over $50M annual revenue).
  • Fluent Italian & English mandatory. Fluent French would be an asset.

Regional/Global travel required: 25-50%

  • Familiar with CRM and IT Tools
  • Understand how to navigate in
    complex and multicultural organizations
