We are looking for a Site Buyer like you

Our client is a multinational pharma company, global leader in pain management.

Your role purposes

You will execute transactional procurement activities on a global level assuring compliance, transparency and accuracy while providing a world class purchasing experience, based on a smart, lean and customer focused global process.

You will support the Site Business Partner for site related (tactical) procurement activities for the assigned areas.

_Your activities and responsibilities_

Provide procurement support, focusing on operational transactional procurement activities
Manage tactical procurement activities for the assigned categories/spend areas with the support of the line manager (executes RFQs, negotiations )
Ensure requirements are processed complying with global policies
Provide Supplier Enablement Services such as Preferred Vendors Admin Supplier Training and Operational Supplier Management
Provides Stakeholder & Key User Services mainly for site specific topics, End User Training & Support, System Testings, aligned with the Global Procurement Center
Register prices for production materials in Sinity ( APIs, Excipients and Packaging ) and include them in the Info Record and Book in SAP
Execute price inspections and follow ups
Build and maintain close relationship with the respective stakeholders and Global Sourcing Teams
Ensure close relation and interaction with Global Procurement
Execute Purchase To Pay P2P assigned activities such as Qualitycheck on PR, Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring, Tracking of Goods & Services assuring on time processing and accurate information for in general production related materials

- f required supports & participates in the Vendor Creation & Maintenance Process

Supports operational elements of SRM process, e.g., supplier evaluation
Support the Thirdparty due diligence process in close collaboration with our stakeholders and the Global Compliance Team
Implement new tools and systems
Support out efficiency projects at the local and regional level.

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

Relevant practical experience with at least 2 year in a comparable role in a state-of-the-art procurement organization
Strong knowledge of
SAP MM regarding different order types, order automation, master data and info record creation, inventory management
Advance level of English (C1/C2), knowledge of German (B2) is a plus;
Master Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages or comparable
Proven track record regarding supplier qualification and administration, general understanding of supply markets in typical spend areas of local business units (indirect / marketing), experiences in tactical procurement and supplier management activities. Experiences in crossfunctional projects could be useful.
Good communication and analytical skills, customer and business focus.
