Posizione:

We are looking for a Show Room Manager/Sales Assistant for our brand Moon Boot.

Dual role taking care of both Moon Boot's Milan Showroom, setting and smashing sales targets, and supporting Moon Boot's Sales Team in all activities in the UK, Middle East and Scandinavia

The essential duties and responsibilities of the role will be_:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Showroom (ex. Supervise use of test models to prevent damage

and inventory);

Studying the features of all Moon Boot products;
Meeting the clients suggesting them the better product in according with their needs, ensuring them high

levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service;

Managing suppliers, vendors, deliveries regarding orders;
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently;
Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog;
Reviewing sales figures to determine which designs are popular with customers and which need improvement;
Organizing instore events and VIP customer experiences;
Supporting Moon Boot's Sales Team in all activities in the UK, Middle East and Scandinavia;

Requisiti:

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or similar;
Proven successful experience of at least 5 years in sales management role in a fashion company;
Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations;
Extensive product knowledge;
Salesoriented and excellent commercial negotiation skills;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Strong written and verbal skills in English, additional languages welcome;
