We are looking for a
European Contract Management (Sales Support Admin) to join our European Team.

The resource will be responsible for the booking and billing of service and spares deals.

Work directly with Sales and Regional Focals Finance, Business Development to obtain required documentation for booking, billing and contract maintenance of this business.

Proficiency in SAP CRM, SAP CPQ, ECC & MDG, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain customer master data within CRM MDG ERP
Create quotations, book and maintain contracts in SAP CRM & ECC ERP system and provide to customer.
Adherence to finance policy, booking process and business procedures
Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain regular updates to SAP CRM, ECC & MDG ERP with latest information available.
Report Management and Maintenance Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers Support of Internal & External Audit with provision of required documentation Support projects through regional testing, attend workshops, assist in writing documentation.

Requirements:

Degree in Administration, Sales or similar.
Experience in data entry and administrative support.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Fluent English written and spoken
Ability and adaptation to work into dynamic environment
