F&A Governance**
Mission
Support local worldwide F&A departments improving financial services and processes.

Support Finance and Business departments worldwide in the digitalization process.


Main Accountabilities

  • Measure effectiveness of existing F&A processes and procedure. Research and benchmarks F&A process design from a variety of sources. Follow a systematic methodology to evaluate, design and implement process or technology changes to measurable business benefit.
  • Assess the implications of new solutions with F&A impact, define the requirements and quantify the business benefits. Manage the deployment of change, taking into account structural and cultural issues. Maintain business and process continuity throughout change, monitoring the impact, taking any required remedial action and refining approach.
  • Organize periodical meetings with different F&A functions and Business owners, to analyze and assess different processes and procedures.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of F&A processes and procedures within and among countries and regions in compliance with Internal Control and Law requirements.
  • Provide adequate support to local F&A Department in case of special projects (start up, significant IT tools implementation, significant changes in accounting treatments, ESG reporting implementation).
  • Support the implementation and diffusion WW of brand new report and presentation to monitor both Group and local performance.
  • Ensure development of teamwork & transversal cooperation.

PROFILE

Technical skills

  • Degree in Economics/ Management Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • IT Applications (Office, SAP/BW, Power BI, etc)
  • Business Knowledge
  • International Accounting principles
  • Knowledge of the Group Policy and procedures
  • English Fluent
