The role is responsible for management all aspects related to company car fleet for all company cars assignees into the entire organization, both for office based and for field-based employees.


1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


The role will be responsible to manage company cars fleet from a practical point of view, in support of assignees and all company functions that need information, data and analysis related to cars.


Figure will provide periodic analysis and reports, will support the General Services group also in the management and verification of the dedicated budget and will give support to all company car assignees.

Coordination with external vendors will be required.


In addition to this, the role will be responsible to verify quarterly Integrity aspects: the respects by drivers of rules and procedure related to the use of company cars and related assets.


The Fleet Manager:

  • Provides car collision metrics and analysis
  • Manages fines in terms of sending document, payment and archiving into the collaboration site, sharing of data and statistics to HSE functions
  • Does the induction for new hires and delivers car and all the necessary related documentation
  • Manages asset related to car (Telepass and fuel cards)
  • Provides support to all level's drivers (employees and management) to maintain compliance with procedures, event reporting, timing for maintenance, tire changing, repairing, etc.
  • Manages the Corporate Car Sharing
  • Provides support in the management of car policy, procedures and budget planning
  • Provides support to colleagues responsible for the management of ISEs regarding the analysis of carrelated expenses
  • Manages the monthly data for billing the car amounts to the assignees
  • Carries out a prompt planning of car returns and reassignments to new hires
  • Need to be proactive in providing recommendations to car fleet management based on contract timing and wear of cars
  • Interface with the main vendors and partners present for the management of the car fleet
  • Manage Integrity aspects:
- data collection and analysis for the areas under observation
- sharing of results with Site Services Manager and definition of corrective actions
- complete corrective actions


2. RELATIONSHIPS
Site Services functions, HSE functions, HR and Payroll functions, all field-based and office-based employees (management included).


3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (possible in Science)
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact and relate with all levels of organization with good relational and communicational skills
