DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO:


The Role:

Property Maintenance team are recruiting a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their expanding team of 20.

This is a new position which provides an opportunity to develop and enhance the property maintenance function for our stores in Italy.


MANSIONI:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact for the store and retail team across Italy for maintenance related issues.
  • Communicate regularly with maintenance contractors and ensure service levels are adhered to.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve landlord and thirdpartyrelated property maintenance issues.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the retail team on maintenance issues.
  • Providing support to the UK maintenance helpdesk and retail teams across the business.
  • Administration, processing and firststage approval for reactive maintenance invoices.
  • Administration of electronic records, systems and documents.
  • Ability to analyse existing processes, and implement change effectively.
  • Provide administrative support as required to Senior Building Surveyor or Senior Management.

REQUISITI:


  • Experienced working in a retail environment preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to deliver great customer service to the retail team.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility of problems and find effective solutions.
  • Good level of written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Willingness for regular travel across Italy.
  • Good level of understanding with Microsoft Office packages
