COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR ITALY:


Main responsibilities:


As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for implementing the global sales and marketing strategy and leading the Commercial organization in Italy.

Initially, you will be driving sales of Nordberg ́s first commercial product JULÄINE and maintaining relationships with KOL ́s and key accounts for the company in Italy.

You will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe and marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.

You will also provide product and technical support to customers and will be responsible for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategies for italy in alignment with the global sales and Marketing strategy, overall business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead and manage the Commercial team in Italy providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals. Contribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOL ́s, healthcare professionals and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
  • Provide product and technical support to customers
  • Attend and present at industry events and conferences as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives Cooperate in setting up appropriate programs to train new salesforce members
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the aesthetic filler market and competitive products
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, science)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in launching novel products in a new market is strongly preferred
  • Good track record in leading commercial organizations
  • Strong customerfacing skills and ability to build relationships longlasting relationships with customers
  • Experience in dermatology or aesthetics is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with aesthetic filler products and the market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel for business as needed
