Policy Administrator Graduate Programme / Victor Insurance Italy

Victor Insurance is seeking for a graduates for the position of
Policy Administrator (Intern) inside the Operations team based in the
Milan **office (Via Calabria 31).

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate with a background in Economics to manage the Broker portfolio "Policy VITA" in order to improve all the internal processes.

What can you expect?

The Graduate programm is structured in 6 months internship + 2/3 years of apprenticeship.

We will rely on you to:

Analyse the operational flow;
Support the operational manager in order to make the production process more efficient;
Be our front line with brokers and companies;
Identify project issue and be ready to share with the team possible solutions.

What you need to have:

University degree in Economics;
Previous experience with "VITA Policy" preferred;
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken);
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Ability to work within a dynamic and challenging environment, handle multiple priorities, often under tight deadlines;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Strong communication skills.
