HR Intern - Centro Studi Leonardo Da Vinci, Bergamo

Purpose of Role


The HR Intern, reporting to the Country HR manager Italy, will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and supporting the recruiting process.


Centro Studi Leonardo Da Vinci is a private ("Paritaria") middle and high school located in the town of Bergamo, Lombardy, catering to students between the ages of The school offers each type of Italian upper secondary curriculum: middle school, high school, technical and vocational courses.

Centro Studi has also an academy specializing in courses Post diploma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Review company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Maintain employee records according to ISP policy and legal requirements
  • Support the digitalization of HR employees records
Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Familiarity of fullcycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
