Joining Information Security:

Running at the forefront of PMI's Digital Transformation, Information Security offers guidance, solutions and advisory all across PMI, supporting our secure journey towards a smoke-free future.

Our scope ranges from security assessments, architecture, governance and risk advisory, through resilience, cyber threat intelligence and incident response, to supporting PMI Functions, Markets, and Platforms (e.g. Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Consumer or Product) and building an organizational security culture.

Your day to day:

Govern all Information Security risks related to PMI Operations function (which includes departments such as Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, Security & Market Safety, etc.) and related IT Operations department
Perform customer management within Operations and IT Operations teams, including reporting on risk, security controls and other CISO critical metrics, in order to help define riskreduction plans and validate plans accomplishments
Lead security assurance activities for Operations projects with technology components (IT and OT), coordinating internal and external security SME (e.g., in the areas of vulnerability management, penetration testing, security architecture, resilience, Third Party cyber risk management) and handling related risks
Provide continuous guidance and advisory, including in the form of training and awareness, within Operations and IT Operations teams, to facilitate consistency to applicable PMI policies and standards related to security and compliance
Lead or coordinate the implementation of selected initiatives that are part of an information security program for Operations, with technology, process and organizational components, to enable a secure digital transformation
Support security assessments of PMI Operations plants or systems, including when led by other internal or external teams/entities, and define riskownership and riskreduction actions

Who we're looking for:

University Master Degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability as people manager of direct or indirect reports, including suppliers
Experience with project management, preferably related to information security areas
Experience in OT teams at international companies, performing activities relevant to information security, such as e.g. factory network segregation/segmentation, OT network monitoring and visibility management, ICS patch management, disaster recovery
Experience implementing information security program for Operations' functions, e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, such as NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 8008
Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms and cloud computing architectures (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Excellent skills in customer management, collaboration, written and oral presentation in English, abstract thinking, problem solving, and decisionmaking
Quick learner with a pragmatic, analytical and autonomous mindset
Professional certifications in IT and OT Security, e.g. (ISC)2 CISSP, (ISC)2 ISSMP, ISO 27001, ISACA CRISC, ISACA CISA, ISACA CISM, SANS GIAC GICSP, SANS GIAC GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Program
Professional certifications in

Project Management:
PMP or PRINCE- Understanding of Agile/DevOps organizations and cultures
