The Client platform enables companies to define and document business processes and derive real time data on the execution of these processes to measure productivity and efficiency.
About YOU:
- You are inquisitive, detail oriented, patient and focus on user friendly solutions.

- You are organized, possess strong note taking skills and enjoy client facing work.
- You have solid analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data in a clear and concise manner.

strong in excel and at analyzing data sets. - You have strong communication and relationship building skills, ability to work with various types of clients.
- You are adaptable and agile, and thrive working in a fastpaced, results driven start up environment.
- You ideally have 25 years of professional experience, but happy to work with the right person.
- You have a professional knowledge of English and you speak it fluently.
- You ideally have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in industrial engineering, business analysis, building process flows, customer service, client services, process engineering, systems thinking valued, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Your job is to take the current processes being performed at a given client and transfer that process into the Client app to create more quality controlled and efficient workflows and overall work environments.
The process will go as follows:
- You will become an expert user of the Client app through our training program.
- You will work with the client to understand processes performed by the given stakeholders on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and translate that into a process flow.
- You will collect and organize information from various sources and ensure all details of the process are recorded. You will understand milestones, dependencies and exception use cases and suggest where certain process approval requirements will be beneficial.
- You will then document the process and create an instance in the Client app.
- Finally, you will then train the stakeholders to use the Client app and their specific tasks and maintain relationship to ensure successful data is obtained and client is content.
- You will analyze current processes and make recommendations on areas of improvement. You will likely be working on several processes at once.
