Our Client is the Holding of an important international Group operating in the sector of motorway management, large infrastructure engineering and construction projects and transport and mobility technology.

Posizione:

In order to strengthen their Corporate Finance & Strategy Team, located in the Head-Quarters in Italy, asked us to find a Corporate Financial Planning Expert.

Preparation and updating of the Group's economic Financial and Regulatory Plans;
Financial Analysis on budget, variations, and forecasts' updating;
Interface with local and international subsidiaries, in order to prepare the Group Consolidated Plan;
Supporting colleagues and Head of Finance in the case of Corporate extraordinary finance transactions and operations;
Supporting in evaluation and impaiment test activities.

Requisiti:

The suitable profile is in possession of the following requirements:

At least 4/5 years of experience in international Groups, Business Banks, Consulting or Auditing companies, Holding, Corporate, M&A;
Degree in Economics or Engineering; International MBA will be considered a plus;
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English language; Portuguese language will be considered a plus;
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; SAP and Bloomberg
A previous knowledge and/or experience in similar sectors on international projects, environments and contexts will be considerated a very relevant plus.
