We're looking for a
Billing Assistant to join our team in Torino.


YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

  • Develop indepth understanding of billing system functionality related to Clients;
  • Process subscriber reports in the billing system in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Oversee all aspects of Advertising Billing, New Accounts, and Circulation Billing Team;
  • Secure accurate reporting processes on active and passive billing;
  • Involve relevant department to collect relevant data;
  • Communicate effectively with staff others that play a role in the Billing functions in all areas of the business.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a degree in Economy or in STEM fields;
  • You are fully proficient in MS Office (Excel);
  • You speak English fluently.
