HR TRAINING

Responsibilities of the role:


  • Deals with the organization and monitoring of training courses, with the support of external consultants and temporary agencies;
  • In collaboration with the Safety team, it deals with the management of courses relating to safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08) ensuring that they are carried out within the established timescales;
  • Management of financed training, such as Forma.
Temp, for the activation of internal courses through direct contact with the respective external interlocutors;

  • It carries out its activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;
  • It ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.

Requirements:


  • Degree and preferable specialization in HR field;
  • Approximately 2 years' experience in the role and experience using Forma.
Temp is preferable;

  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, precision, flexibility, internal and external customer orientation, listening skills and stress management.
